WHAT IS CALIBRATION?
Calibration of equipment is done to determine efficiency and accuracy of measuring equipment.it is a comparison method whereby test gauge readings are compared with standard readings both connected to the some pressure source.
To improve the quality of the calibration and have the results accepted by outside organizations it is desirable for the calibration and subsequent measurements to be “traceable” to the internationally defined measurements units.
Our Labs are accredited by Kenya National Accreditation Service (KENAS) after satisfying the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025(2005). (General Requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories).Our scope of accreditation is calibration in the fields of Temperature, volume and Pressure.etc. Our Technicians have a wide knowledge and experience in calibration of Tanks, Thermometry equipment, industrial Pressure Gauges (bourdon tubes), Volume, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
All our calibration standards are traceable to Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS). We are accredited by Kenya National Accreditation Services (KENAS).

Calibration: Weighing scale.
This includes calibration of weighing scales, weighing instruments, weighing balances. Weighing scales are widely used in industry for various measurements. Some weighing instruments are small laboratory instruments measuring a few grams and need to be very accurate. Industrial weighing instruments are very large ones that measure, for example, mass of load. As with any measurement instruments, weighing instruments should also be calibrated regularly to assure that they are measuring correctly and accurately. A proper metrologically traceable calibration is the only way to know how accurately weighing instruments are measuring.
